Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures for our flagship 2026 AI platform, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
- Research & Development: Conduct cutting-edge research in NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning to stay ahead of the 2026 technology curve.
- Optimization: Optimize existing models for inference speed and reduce latency in real-time applications.
- Deployment: Collaborate with MLOps engineers to deploy models into production environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Data Pipeline: Oversee the end-to-end data processing pipeline, ensuring high-quality training data for our algorithms.
- Code Review: Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Algorithms: Strong understanding of statistical learning, neural networks, and optimization algorithms.
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
