Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Engineer to lead our engineering team in building the infrastructure for the AI era of 2026. At Nexus Intelligence, we are not just adapting to the future; we are defining it. You will be at the forefront of developing next-generation Generative AI and Agentic workflows that will power enterprise solutions for the next decade.
If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of Large Language Models (LLMs), optimizing inference pipelines, and architecting systems that scale for millions of users, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure for Generative AI models targeting the 2026 market landscape.
- Model Optimization & Research: Lead research initiatives to improve model accuracy, reduce latency, and optimize token generation efficiency using techniques like Quantization and Distillation.
- Agentic Workflow Development: Build autonomous AI agents capable of complex reasoning and task execution, bridging the gap between LLMs and actionable business logic.
- Deployment & MLOps: Oversee the end-to-end deployment of AI models on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), ensuring robust monitoring, A/B testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, specifically with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Fine-tuning.
- Infrastructure: Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges in high-scale environments.
