Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end Machine Learning pipelines for production environments.
- Research and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) to enhance performance and reduce hallucinations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define AI requirements.
- Deploy models to scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) using containerization and orchestration tools.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Continuously monitor model performance and implement A/B testing strategies to improve user engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Proficiency in Python and deep knowledge of frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing, and high-availability architecture.
- Proven track record of deploying successful AI products to market.
