Responsibilities
- Lead Model Development: Design and implement cutting-edge Machine Learning and Deep Learning architectures for our 2026 roadmap.
- Optimization: Engineer highly scalable inference pipelines and optimize model latency for real-time applications.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research, experimenting with new architectures like Transformers and diffusion models.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to translate research into production-ready features.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably with large language models.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed systems and GPU acceleration.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex mathematical and algorithmic challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
