Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Pipelines: Design and implement robust, high-throughput data pipelines that support real-time model training and inference for the Project 2026 ecosystem.
- Optimize Neural Networks: Fine-tune large language models and computer vision algorithms to achieve peak performance on edge devices and cloud infrastructure.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Guide the engineering team in selecting the right stack, from Rust to Python, ensuring security and scalability.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and domain experts to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML, specifically experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Rust.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and deliver scalable solutions under tight deadlines.
