The Role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of our core AI models. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, researchers, and product managers to deliver high-impact solutions.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy: Design scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Model Optimization: Enhance model accuracy and reduce inference latency for real-time applications.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct cutting-edge research in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision.
- Code Quality: Establish coding standards and best practices for the AI engineering team.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers to translate complex technical requirements into actionable roadmaps.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Frameworks: Deep experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar ML frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex data engineering challenges.
