Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- System Architecture: Build robust MLOps pipelines to ensure model scalability, reliability, and continuous deployment.
- Feature Engineering: Collaborate with data engineers to curate high-quality datasets and implement advanced feature extraction techniques.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest AI research (e.g., Transformer architectures, Reinforcement Learning) and integrate cutting-edge methodologies.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with C++ for performance-critical applications is a plus.
- Frameworks: Deep expertise in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Cloud: Experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
