Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into production APIs and user interfaces.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model accuracy, fairness, and robustness.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in AI/ML engineering.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in deep learning and implement novel techniques to improve system performance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps pipelines, model versioning, and CI/CD for ML.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
