Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and distributed systems architecture.
- Optimize existing AI models for performance, latency, and accuracy in high-traffic production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (LLMs, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning) to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and ethical use of AI data across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
