Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI architectures using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency to support high-volume production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines to ensure continuous integration and delivery of machine learning models.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research, specifically in Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying end-to-end ML solutions in production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
