Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for complex prediction and generation tasks.
- Research and fine-tune state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, ethicists, and security experts.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs for production deployment.
- Establish and enforce best practices for AI model governance, explainability, and safety.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on NLP or Computer Vision.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Strong understanding of statistical learning theory and deep learning algorithms.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex research papers into production-ready code.
