Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI architectures.
- Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for enterprise knowledge bases.
- Research and implement novel techniques in Agentic AI and Multimodal Learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and B2B products.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure architectural excellence.
- Ensure the security, latency, and scalability of deployed AI models in production environments.
Qualifications
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience building and fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama, Claude) using Hugging Face and custom training loops.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Prompt Engineering, and Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate).
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving complex problems.
