We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Ethics & Compliance Officer to join FutureScale Global. As we deploy next-generation Generative AI models, the responsibility of ensuring ethical alignment, fairness, and regulatory compliance falls squarely on your shoulders. You will be the bridge between cutting-edge technology and societal responsibility, crafting the frameworks that will govern AI in 2026 and beyond.
In this pivotal role, you will lead our internal AI governance board, audit our algorithms for bias, and ensure our products meet the highest standards of global compliance. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks and governance policies that align with emerging global regulations.
- Conduct rigorous audits of AI models and datasets to identify and mitigate algorithmic bias and discrimination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to integrate ethical considerations into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Monitor and interpret evolving legal landscapes, including the EU AI Act and future US legislation, to ensure proactive compliance.
- Lead internal training sessions and workshops to foster an ethical culture across the organization.
- Represent FutureScale Global in industry forums and partnerships to advocate for responsible AI development.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Law, Philosophy, Computer Science, or a related field; J.D. or equivalent technical background preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in technology compliance, legal operations, or AI ethics consulting.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning pipelines, and Generative AI capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of developing governance frameworks and successfully navigating regulatory audits.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion and clarity.
