Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 AI Ethics Roadmap aligned with global regulatory standards.
- Lead cross-functional audits of proprietary algorithms to identify and mitigate bias.
- Advise executive leadership on high-stakes AI governance decisions and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with legal, engineering, and product teams to embed ethical design principles into the development lifecycle.
- Establish frameworks for transparency and explainability in our machine learning models.
- Monitor emerging global regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, US Executive Orders) and translate them into actionable internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Law, Computer Science, Philosophy, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in AI ethics, compliance, or corporate governance.
- Deep understanding of machine learning principles, data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA), and international tech standards.
- Proven track record of leading ethical reviews or serving on an AI ethics board.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution within a high-growth tech environment.
