Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation AI models and neural networks.
- Spearhead R&D initiatives exploring emerging paradigms such as quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex concepts into robust systems.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale machine learning projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to stakeholders.
