Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technical roadmap for AI, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure integration.
- Design scalable, high-availability microservices architecture capable of handling high-volume data streams.
- Lead the migration and optimization of legacy systems to cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and automation.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and AI ethics.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and AI/ML engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern LLMs (Large Language Models).
- Proven track record designing systems for 10M+ users or high-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Experience in implementing AI governance and data privacy frameworks.
