Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for autonomous agents and predictive models.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies (e.g., Neuro-Symbolic AI, Quantum Computing interfaces) to prepare for 2026 standards.
- Mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leadership to define the technical roadmap for future products.
- Ensure system security, ethical AI compliance, and scalability across cloud environments.
- Conduct technical due diligence on novel AI frameworks and hardware accelerators.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in advanced AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and edge computing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity in emerging tech landscapes.
