Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Model (LLM) infrastructures for 2026-ready applications.
- Define the technical roadmap and long-term strategy for our AI evolution.
- Lead the integration of neural networks into core product ecosystems with zero-latency performance.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performance engineering team focused on innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure the security, ethics, and compliance of AI-driven systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects from conception to production deployment.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Edge Computing.
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
