Responsibilities
- Design 2026-Ready Architectures: Lead the design of scalable, resilient systems capable of handling the exponential growth of AI workloads and future data structures.
- AI & ML Integration: Spearhead the deployment and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and deep learning frameworks to drive product innovation.
- Technical Roadmap Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, evaluating emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing and edge AI for feasibility.
- Performance Engineering: Oversee system performance monitoring and optimization, ensuring sub-millisecond latency and high availability across distributed networks.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in a senior or architectural leadership role.
- Core Languages: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in system-level programming.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Expert knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- AI Expertise: Strong understanding of machine learning principles, neural networks, and LLM architecture.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to translate abstract future-tech concepts into concrete engineering requirements and deliverables.
