Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI infrastructure and deep learning pipelines for enterprise applications.
- R&D Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for future technologies, including generative AI, predictive modeling, and autonomous systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of AI models into core product ecosystems, ensuring high performance and low latency.
- Security & Ethics: Establish protocols for AI safety, data privacy, and ethical AI usage across all projects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive stakeholders and product managers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience designing systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure with a focus on serverless and microservices architecture.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, ambiguous engineering challenges.
