Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-availability AI architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams by 2026.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including Quantum Computing primitives and Web5 decentralized protocols.
- Define technical roadmaps for the next-generation AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity and security.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language models (LLMs).
- Strong proficiency in systems programming languages such as Rust, Go, or C++.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
