- Collaborate with data scientists to translate research into production-grade software.
- Ensure data sovereignty and security compliance across all global data centers.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on machine learning infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, and Rust, with deep understanding of distributed systems.
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong grasp of MLOps principles and real-time data processing technologies (Kafka, Flink).
- Experience implementing security-first architectures in a regulated environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
