Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable MLOps pipelines to support high-throughput inference and training workloads.
- Optimize deep learning model latency and throughput using hardware acceleration (GPU/NPU) and efficient memory management.
- Collaborate with Research Scientists to integrate novel model architectures into production environments.
- Implement robust monitoring, logging, and observability tools to ensure system reliability and data integrity.
- Drive cloud cost optimization strategies while maintaining high availability and security standards.
- Lead technical mentorship for junior engineers and define best practices for the infrastructure team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or DevOps, with a focus on machine learning infrastructure.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and modern scripting languages.
- Deep experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, message queues, and data streaming (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
