We are seeking a Senior AI Infrastructure Engineer to architect the backbone of our neural networks and ensure our systems scale seamlessly into the future.

Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure for training and deploying large-scale machine learning models.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput using GPU/TPU clusters and edge computing devices.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated model deployment and A/B testing frameworks.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards (SOC2, GDPR) across all infrastructure layers.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate research prototypes into production-ready software.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex distributed system failures and performance bottlenecks.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the 2026 engineering team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in backend engineering, systems architecture, or machine learning operations (MLOps).
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL.
- Strong experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) environments and parallel processing.
- Demonstrated ability to work in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
