Responsibilities
- Design and implement proprietary Large Language Model (LLM) architectures optimized for enterprise use-cases.
- Lead the research and development of Autonomous Agent frameworks, ensuring reasoning capabilities exceed current benchmarks.
- Oversee the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle, from model training and fine-tuning (RLHF) to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, fairness, and ethical use of technology.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs using edge computing and quantization techniques.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong background in Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and prompt engineering.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects and mentoring junior engineers.
