Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Architect high-performance data pipelines capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product offerings.
- Research and implement cutting-edge deep learning architectures to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to uphold engineering excellence.
- Optimize model inference speeds and ensure system reliability in production environments.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
