Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training and MLOps implementation.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model reliability and robustness in production environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI/ML and integrate state-of-the-art techniques into our products.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Strong experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Expertise in data manipulation and analysis tools (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
