Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy cutting-edge Machine Learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Lead the full lifecycle of AI development, from data preprocessing and feature engineering to model evaluation and productionization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI capabilities into scalable software products.
- Optimize model performance for low-latency, high-volume inference environments.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring reproducibility, monitoring, and governance of deployed models.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the AI landscape to drive internal innovation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade models.
- Strong proficiency in Python, including frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning principles, specifically in NLP (Transformers, BERT) or Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and data versioning systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
