Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance machine learning architectures designed to handle the computational demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning, and Neural Interfaces.
- Technical Strategy: Translate complex business goals into robust technical roadmaps and engineering standards for the AI team.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of elite data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimization: Oversee the deployment of models, ensuring high accuracy, low latency, and ethical compliance in AI decision-making processes.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Security, Product Design) to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Modeling: Proven track record of deploying state-of-the-art models at scale.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and think abstractly about system boundaries.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
