Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art Machine Learning models and algorithms.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning pipeline, from data ingestion to model serving.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and scalability to handle production workloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and data scientists, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate them into our product suite.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning (depending on specialization).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
