Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-grade ML systems serving 10M+ users
- Lead research initiatives in generative AI and neural architecture search
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions at scale
- Optimize model performance for edge computing and quantum computing environments
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development lifecycle
- Drive innovation through participation in industry conferences and open-source projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production ML systems with PyTorch/TensorFlow
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Ray, Kubeflow)
- Strong background in MLOps and CI/CD for ML pipelines
- Proficiency in quantum computing principles and algorithms
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible deployment practices
