Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models and LLMs for production use.
- Optimize existing AI models for inference speed, latency, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with MLOps teams to build robust CI/CD pipelines for model lifecycle management.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI research and integrate relevant advancements into our 2026 strategy.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied AI research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI models to thousands of users.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly desirable.
