Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art deep learning models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for production environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists to curate high-quality training datasets.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and robustness.
- Translate complex technical requirements into scalable software solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures (BERT, GPT, Llama).
- Experience deploying models via Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
