- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning and NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of MLOps practices and model deployment strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
