Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Machine Learning models and Large Language Models (LLMs) using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Build and optimize high-throughput data pipelines and inference engines to handle millions of requests.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Conduct research on novel algorithms and techniques to improve model accuracy, latency, and efficiency.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance across all cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and apply them to real-world business problems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Deep understanding of NLP, transformers, generative AI architectures, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile, fast-moving environment.
