Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI/ML architectures optimized for enterprise-level growth.
- Drive the research, development, and deployment of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Optimize model performance, accuracy, and latency to ensure real-time responsiveness in high-volume applications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical AI roadmaps.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data governance, and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, architecture planning, and mentorship for junior engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Deep Learning principles.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, technical communication abilities, and a passion for continuous learning.
