Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models for scalable applications.
- Optimize AI infrastructure to ensure high performance, security, and low-latency processing.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Research and implement cutting-edge algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and predictive analytics.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data science workflows, code quality, and model governance.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and algorithm optimization.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
