Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art deep learning models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- System Optimization: Engineer efficient algorithms for low-latency, high-throughput inference in production environments.
- MLOps Implementation: Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automated model training and deployment.
- Strategic Research: Evaluate emerging AI technologies and methodologies to keep our stack ahead of the curve.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into user-facing applications.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all models adhere to fairness, transparency, and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Data Science.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and at least one major ML framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Neural Networks, NLP, or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
