Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy robust, scalable machine learning models for enterprise applications.
- Lead research initiatives in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Reinforcement Learning.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency using MLOps best practices.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical compliance in all AI development processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap for 2026 innovations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Deep Learning architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
