- Optimize existing algorithms and data pipelines to improve performance, latency, and accuracy for production environments.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and implement cutting-edge techniques such as Transformers or GNNs.
- Define technical architecture and best practices for AI infrastructure within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python, including experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
