Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy: Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and large-scale models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- R&D: Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, latency, and efficiency for real-world applications.
- Optimization: Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize existing models for inference speed and resource consumption.
- Data Strategy: Lead the design of data pipelines, ensuring high-quality training data and robust feature engineering.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Mathematical Foundation: Deep understanding of linear algebra, calculus, and statistical analysis.
