Responsibilities
- Lead AI Architecture: Design and implement cutting-edge machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures optimized for high-throughput edge computing.
- R&D Strategy: Conduct research into emerging AI paradigms to ensure Horizon Dynamics remains a market leader by 2026.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune large-scale models for efficiency, reducing latency and resource consumption in real-world deployments.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and hardware engineers to integrate AI seamlessly into consumer products.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce guidelines for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency in algorithmic decision-making.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead code reviews, conduct technical workshops, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of transformer models, reinforcement learning, and distributed systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and delivering innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
