Responsibilities
- Architect Advanced AI Solutions: Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for the 2026 market demands.
- Model Optimization: Improve model inference speed and accuracy, reducing latency and cost in high-volume production environments.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI paradigms (e.g., Agentic AI, Multimodal Learning) and integrating them into our product pipeline.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Implement robust guardrails and safety measures to ensure AI outputs are fair, unbiased, and compliant with evolving regulations.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for data science teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a portfolio of shipped products.
- Specialization: Proven track record in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with data-driven solutions.
