Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end research and development of advanced machine learning models, specifically targeting 2026 architectural trends.
- Design and implement scalable training pipelines using distributed computing frameworks.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research findings into production-ready features.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of models to ensure accuracy, robustness, and ethical compliance.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow with a deep understanding of deep learning architectures.
- Proven experience in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning (3+ years of industry experience).
- Experience with MLOps tools, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and model versioning.
