Responsibilities

- Lead the R&D strategy for 2026 roadmap initiatives, focusing on Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCI) and predictive AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of UX designers, hardware engineers, and data scientists to refine product vision.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Neuroscience, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Neural Networks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of signal processing and data visualization techniques.
