Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Product Roadmap: Define and articulate the strategic vision for AI-driven product features, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Technical Architecture: Design scalable, robust, and secure AI systems and product architectures that can handle enterprise-grade demands.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Market Research & Innovation: Conduct deep-dive analysis into emerging AI trends (LLMs, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics) to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation and prototyping to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Architecture, or Technical Leadership within the software industry.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Data Pipelines, and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ and experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about product evolution and the 'Future of Work' in an AI-driven world.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for driving innovation.
