Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable AI architectures that integrate quantum computing paradigms for high-performance processing.
- Pioneer Research: Spearhead R&D in Transformer Models and Neural Architecture Search (NAS) tailored for 2026 enterprise standards.
- Optimization Leadership: Lead efforts in Quantum Error Correction and algorithmic optimization to improve inference speeds by over 300%.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into deployable, production-grade software.
- Code Governance: Establish best practices for AI safety, ethics, and robustness in large-scale distributed systems.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: PhD or Masterβs in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Programming Mastery: Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- AI Frameworks: Deep experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Quantum Experience: Hands-on experience with quantum simulators or access to quantum hardware (IBM Qiskit, Google Cirq, etc.).
- System Design: Proven track record designing microservices and high-availability cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments and think creatively about disruptive technologies.
