Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Design and oversee the implementation of next-generation AI architectures that integrate seamlessly with quantum processing units (QPUs) to solve complex, unsolvable problems.
- System Optimization: Optimize deep learning models for low-latency environments, ensuring real-time processing capabilities on distributed quantum networks.
- R&D Leadership: Guide a team of brilliant engineers and researchers in exploring novel algorithms, specifically focusing on neural networks that mimic quantum coherence.
- Scalability Strategy: Develop scalable cloud infrastructure strategies that can handle exabyte-scale data throughput required for future AI models.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teamsâincluding data scientists, hardware engineers, and product managersâto translate theoretical breakthroughs into production-ready software.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD is a strong plus.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML systems or high-performance computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly desirable.
