Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI models capable of processing quantum-level data streams in real-time.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI agents into core infrastructure, ensuring ethical bias mitigation and high-fidelity output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps for the 2026 product ecosystem.
- Optimize existing neural networks for edge computing environments and low-latency quantum hardware.
- Establish best practices for data security, transparency, and accountability in automated decision-making systems.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers in advanced Python and quantum computing frameworks.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specializing in Machine Learning or Quantum Computing.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing libraries such as Qiskit or Cirq.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI systems to production environments.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
