Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI and quantum integration across all company products.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of high-performance, scalable AI infrastructure.
- Lead Innovation Teams: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Quantum Readiness: Assess current systems and develop migration strategies for quantum-safe cryptography and processing.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and product teams.
- R&D Exploration: Experiment with emerging technologies to ensure our stack remains relevant for 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud architectures (AWS, GCP), and quantum computing concepts.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to define long-term technical strategies and align them with business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with rapid iteration cycles.
